Each family must reach the “credits” target through any combination of service, fundraising activities and donations.

Service

Each hour of service equates to 15 credits

  • Catholic School Advisory Commission (CSAC)
    • Chair (double credit)

    • Committee Member
  • Parent Engagement Team
    • Room Parent

  • Schoolwide Learning Expectations Review Team
  • SCB Facilities Team/Lunch Service Team
  • Submitting surveys/attending parent meetings/presenting at Career Day

*Athletics credits may not be available in 2022-23.

Jog-A-Thon

Credit is earned for

  • the value of dollars raised
  • the time spent as a volunteer coordinator

Online Raffle & Auction Dinner

Credit is earned for:

  • the value of donations to class baskets or to the raffle
  • the dollars spent by the family on the purchase of raffle tickets
  • the dollars spent by the family on the winning bid of an auction item
  • hours spent on solicitation
  • hours at helping the event

Annual Golf Classic

Credit is earned for:
  • the value of donations to the raffle
  • sponsorship you acquired or supported by your business
  • 50% of the registration fee
  • hours spent helping at the event

Scrip/Amazon Smile/Sales Events

Credit is earned for the value of donation to the school from the family (See’s Candies, Honeybaked Hams)

Friends of SCB Fund

(formerly Annual Fund)

Credit is earned for the value of the donation to the school and for the hours spent as a volunteer of the SCB Fund Committee. This includes donations through PayPal and employer-sponsored collections like United Way.

Donations-in-kind

Credit is earned for the value of the items donated.
