Admission Policy
St. Charles Borromeo School holds as primary the belief in God and in the Church, the value of the human person, and a commitment to a mission of service. We believe therefore: That every person, as a child of God, regardless of race, condition, or age, has equal dignity. St. Charles Borromeo School does not discriminate against any applicant for employment on the basis of gender, age, disability, race, color, or national/ethnic origin. We do not normally accept new students at the 8th grade level, unless they are transferring from another Catholic school, because of the difficulty of the transition at that level. The principal will make the final decision based on circumstances and the interview with parents and child.
Application Process
Step 1
Complete an Inquiry Form Online
The inquiry form is quick and easy. Use this link to access the form.
Step 2
Take a Campus Tour/Complete an Interview
After submitting an inquiry form, parents, guardians, and students are invited to meet with a member of the admission team and attend a campus tour.
Through the campus tour, you will learn more about our mission, educational program, and our community. You will visit the classrooms, observe instruction, and learn about a typical day. You will also get to share more about your family and ask any specific questions. We will provide more information on how to complete a new student application, apply for tuition assistance, and schedule any future screenings or assessments.
Step 3
Complete a New Student Application & Apply for Tuition Assistance, if needed. Be sure all application materials are submitted.
Instructions for completing the new student application and applying for tuition assistance will be provided during the tour and interview.
Step 4
Notification of Admission and Complete Registration
St. Charles Borromeo School currently offers a rolling admission process which means there is no fixed deadline for applications. However, once class enrollment is full, students will be placed on a waiting list.
Once students are offered admission, families must complete online registration via our FACTS SIS, which includes setting up a payment plan and paying the registration fees.
